Awesome service! Very pleased with the results. I self diagnosed what might be the problem, told them what I thought the issue might be, and that's were they started. They didn't fumble around looking for other issues first, they started with what I told them the problem might be. Found the issue was what I described to them, they made the necessary adjustments to the computer, and had it back out the same day. Did not try to over sell me anything else, just fixed my computer issue. Very satisfied with the service, will definitely return in the future.
